职务: 教育学院副教授,教育学博士,教育学院比较教育研究中心主任

简历

1971年出生于河南新乡县。1994年毕业于西北师范大学外语系英语语言文学专业,获文学学士学位。1997年毕业于西北师范大学教育科学研究院英语教育专业,获教育学硕士学位。2006年毕业于浙江大学教育科学研究院,比较教育学专业博士生,获教育学博士学位。2006年起任教于广东外语外贸大学英语教育学院,承担学院《心理学》、《教育哲学》《心理咨询》课程的双语教学任务。

著作成果

在《教育研究》、《比较教育研究》、《清华大学教育研究》、《教育评论》、《课程、教材、教法》等刊物发表论文十余篇,代表作“美国大学终身教职制度主要要素形成的历史分析”,“李普曼以对话为核心的儿童哲学课程及启示”“论美国联邦政府在高等职业教育中的政策取向”等。出版专著《美国大学教师聘任制度研究》。主持省科技厅软科学项目基于大学推动的创新型城市建设与可持续发展研究---以广东为例(项目号:2009B070300115)。参与全国教育科学“十五”规划教育部重点课题“美国公立高等教育治理与政策研究:以加州为例”(项目号DIA090360)。参与全国教育科学“十五”规划青年项目“高等教育规模扩张下的高校资金安全、成本核算与控制问题研究”(项目号07JC880028)。主持和完成两项学校课题。

研究领域

主要研究方向:高等教育制度比较研究、教师发展与评价、比较教育研究等。

荣誉

获广东外语外贸大学2007-2008学年度先进个人;获2008-2009学年英语教育学院“教学优秀奖”三等奖等。
